Critique Groups
Conferees are encouraged to participate in one of the nine critique groups on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Visit again for the genres and leaders.
How does it work? You will post into the chat around the first 50-100 words of a manuscript you are working on. Why just the first 50-100 words? Because the beginning of an article or story is critical if you’re going to capture an editor’s interest and hopefully compel them to read on.
In addition to getting helpful feedback, you have the opportunity to make new writing friends. We need each other!

Thursday Critique Groups on Zoom
A morning group (10 am Eastern) and evening group (8 pm Eastern) meet every other week on zoom for two hours. Visitors are welcome. There is no charge.
